I had an issue with one of the manufacturers of a product I’d purchased. I went to the store and discussed my concerns with Amanda. She assured me that she would do all she could to address my concerns and if at all possible resolve the issue. Hello, I want to take the time to write a review for Genesis Furniture. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years. I thought it was time to give back to them for all the years of wonderful customer service i have received. Hence, this review. Genesis Furniture offers a great selection of quality furniture at affordable prices. The customer service and delivery service is impeccable. I do models and i have always been extremely pleased with my purchases. If you are looking for the best in quality, both in value and service Genesis Furniture is the place to go.

Bought my daughters bedroom set from here the delivery was quick and the set up was even quicker. I had trouble breaking my old bed down before they got to my house. Instead of complaining or giving me attitude they offered to take it down for me … Thank you guys for everything.. I wish I had found this place before I purchased my bedroom set from another store.

We just stopped by to look at some futons. Came back a few days later because we didn’t find anything better than what they had. Nice staff, helpful and not trying to push a sale on you. They have great furniture and great pricing! They also deliver at good prices.

Great service. The girl stayed with us an hour after closing and helped us out, made sure we were happy with our purchase and got the best price possible.

You can find Lots of cute furniture with fair prices. Has Friendly staff. I got my bed set from Gen furniture and I brought a mattress this year. We visit at least about 3 times a year and the last time we visited was today. 🙂

I love this furniture store, I’ve always been happy with my results. The staff are amazing, Amanda goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t dare shop at another company, I’m afraid I wouldn’t have rhe same great experience!

I love them I have seen them all over town and have bought from them many times I’m so excited to get my bedroom set on Friday everything has always been great customer service on point and this is coming from a stubborn and picky person they are highly recommended ❤❤❤
